I just wanted to post this here in the hopes that our applicants will not continue to make this mistake, as so many have in the past. Please DO NOT use ARAMEX, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or any other similar type of parcel delivery service, because they DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. NOTICE: REGULAR POSTAL MAIL OR AIRMAIL IS FINE!
Thank you for abiding by this practice and I hope I don't sound to harsh on this posting. I am just trying to save both you, the applicant as well as us, the receiver, a lot of trouble. It can be a tremendous amount of trouble if you are located in another country and you are sending a money-order or cashier's check, in which case, this money would end up floating around out their, somewhere, virtually indefinately. This is what I want to prevent here, so again, I am posting this to help you and myself out and I don't want to come across as being too brash or mean. Take care all!

Why doesn't Chase provide a street address? I am sure you exist somewhere.
Of course we exist somewhere...lol...in fact we even post a photo of the building where we are located on our website. However, we don't want everyone within driving distance from our university showing up at our door. Why? Quite simply, because we are an ONLINE university and we are not staffed to handle that type of traffic. We actually used to publish our street address online and much to the conternation of the company which is nice enough to provide funding for us and owns the building where our offices are, people did just what I have said they would. They would show up, sometimes in huge numbers, and our staff was bewildered, not to mention the other people who worked in the building that had nothing to do with Chase University. So, I would hope you can understand why we don't post our street address online. Also, quite frankly, there are just too many quacks out there who would constantly send us items that have nothing to do with education (most notably, people who loath the idea of online education in the first place...it happens, believe me!). These people send us all manner of items (breast inserts was the latest that I can remember). Do I really need to go on about why we don't post our physical address? If you are serious about getting your degree from Chase, all you have to do is fill out our online application and we will answer you via e-mail, and in that e-mail we will include an address to contact us by. If you require more, we will give you a phone number that you can call, via e-mail. This is all fairly standard when it comes to online universities and colleges...we simply are not staffed like a traditional brick-and-mortar university, thus we do not operate exactly as they do. Not just Chase University, but most all of us. Just check around if you doubt what I'm saying. Thank you for the question though...a very good question that I'm sure others have asked themselves also.
a physical address does add to legitimacy. You can always impose policy to reduce foot traffic. Like visit only by appointments etc.
Omne does have a good point though anon. And while it's true that you can impose a policy to reduce foot traffic, the problem is that there is really no way to enforce that policy.
Well, I am not into the wrong or right theing here. All I am saying is that a physical location adds value to any university.
Is the value so much less than some people that may show up? I find it hard to believe people would just show up just to because they can.
Well, whatever your opinion is regarding whether we should post our physical address or not, I made this post in order to help our potential applicants and to help avoid any loss of funds on your part. Also, I don't make policy here, so I have no control over such matters in any case. Let me put it in very plain english for you: If you want any parcel to reach us when you are sending it to us, don't use the methods I listed in my original post...use regular mail or even Air Mail is fine, or it won't get here and you will have lost your parcel in the worst case scenario...best case scenario, we still won't get it, but hopefully it will be returned to you. Now...I think that should really be the end of this post.
